    • Reshipment, or
    • Full or partial refund

Delivery delays caused by customs, local regulations, or incorrect address details may not qualify for refunds.


5. Refund Process

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
  • In some cases, refunds may be issued as store credit, depending on the situation

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Failure to receive the package due to absence or non-cooperation with courier
  • Delays caused by customs clearance or local regulations
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality

7. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a free reshipment instead of a refund.
